Leave Packages {PLCS-1}


Institutions will usually have different sets of leave conditions, i.e. different leave packages for different types of employees.

Field Type

Length		 Description
Code  A2 A unique code for each leave package.
Name A30 Typical names would be:

  • Academic.
  • Senior Administrative.
  • Service Workers.
  • Residence Staff, etc.
Inactive from  DD-MON-YYYY The date from which this Leave Package is inactive.
The following programs will not allow the user to create Service Records with Leave Packages where the Start Date of the Service Record is before this date:
  • Service Records {PBOP-2}
  • Personnel Biographical Detail {PBOP-1}
  • Appoint Pay-By-Claim Personnel {PAOP-3}
  • Maintain Examiner Detail {SEXAM-8}
