OFO Codes and Alternate / Specialization Codes linked to Person {POFO-10}

This report extracts OFO Codes linked to Personnel or defaulted from the OFO Code linked to the Post the person is appointed into.

Fields in the option.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Enter Start Date	D11	(YYYY-MM-DD). Enter Start Date of the reporting period required.(Mandatory).
Enter End Date	D11	(YYYY-MM-DD). Enter End Date of the reporting period required. (Mandatory).
Enter Citizen Code	N4	Insert the Citizen Code, as defined in Citizen Codes {GCS2-6}, for South Africa. (Mandatory).
Run	BUTTON	Once the parameters have been inserted, the 'Run' button should be selected.
Previous Page	BUTTON	Used to navigate between pages of the report.
Next Page	BUTTON	Used to navigate between pages of the report.
Export to	DROPDOWN	The user is able to select the output format in which the report is is exported.
Export	BUTTON	On selection of this button the system offers the user the following options to for processing the report: Open, Save, or Cancel.
