Copy Post OFO Code to Person and Update Occupational Category on SR {POFO-8}

This menu option has the functionality to copy the OFO Code of the Post to personnel appointed into the Post {POFO-4} in bulk, and update their Service Record {PBOP-2} with the Occupational Category linked to the OFO Code {POFO-1}. The OFO Code will be used by the institution for ETDP SETA reporting purposes.

This option is primarily used to update personnel at the end of the reporting period but also monthly to incorporate new appointee's.

Fields

Start Date to Create OFO Personnel Records	A11	The Start Date (Date From) would that of the OFO Code reporting cycle to the ETDP SETA or date required by the institution DD-Mon-YYYY. (Mandatory).
Personnel Number 1 of 50 to Exclude if applicable	N9	Personnel Numbers to be excluded from the update of the Occupational Category and their Service Record {PBOP-2}. (Optional).
(T)rial or (U)pdate	A1	Select (T)rial to verify the records to be updated, then once satisfied, select (U)pdate. (Mandatory).

Processing Rules
1	The Start Date (Date From) will be the date entered on the report for commencement of a new OFO cycle for persons at the institution.
2	The system will populate the To Date (Date To) using the "Start Date minus one day).
3	Run the report each month for new appointments to insert a Start Date to be included for their OFO reporting cycle.
