Validate Posts {PPEO-10}


This option is used to ensure that the information in the Post Establishment {PPEO-1}, is correct - this structure must be clean to ensure correct STATS Reporting,  Salary- and Salary Budget calculations.

The following validations are done:
  1. Test for one primary department only;
  2. Test that the total percentages of the departments add up to 100%;
  3. Test that the department to which the cost centre of the GLA is linked, is the same as the primary department of the post;
  4. Test that all posts in use on the system are indicated as active;
  5. Test that all departments, to which a post is linked, are active.
An error count and statistics are provided at the end of the report.
