History of Post Evaluation {PPEO-2}

This screen carries a chronological history of changes to key fields in the Post Establishment {PPEO-1}.  In addition, a mandatory “Date Re-graded” is also carried. 

Information is written to this block by the system whenever a new post is created, or whenever one of the following fields are updated (since such changes imply a re-grading of the post):

• Grade from
• Grade to
• Rank
• Primary Department 

The user may also create records here, in order to record the history of a post.

When a record is created by the system, the system date is inserted as the "Date Regraded", but this date can be changed by the user to reflect the true date.

Note that no validation is done on any information in this block.  

The data in this screen can be printed though "History of Post Evaluation" {PACSR2-2}.
