Post Key Performance Areas {PPEO-6}


This screen may be used to maintain the Key Performance Areas related to each Post {PPEO-1}.


The information is

Fields in the option:

Field Type
&
Length		 Description
Post Code A4 The Post Code {PPEO-1}.
Key Performance Area (KPA) A4 Only valid Key Performance Areas {PPECS-12} may be entered here.
KPA Weight N3 The Weighted Score of the KPA.
Copy Tasks A1 If set to Y and <Save>ed, all "Default Tasks for the Key Performance Area" {PPECS-13} will be linked to the Post. (Refer to Post Tasks {PPEO-7}).
Purpose A600 The purpose of measuring the incumbent’s performance with this KPA.
