This option is used to notify a specific group of personnel
regarding available courses as well as their seniors. The user will run a C
program that will generate emails to the relevant group of personnel and their
seniors notifying them regarding a course. The group of personnel is determined
by the Occupational level linked to the course, if required only personnel with
the same occupational levels will be notified or the user may notify only personnel that was
on the waiting list for the previous course.
The program uses Route type ‘OTRW' to notify personnel via email regarding available courses.
