The budget for each presentation of a Course can be entered through this screen.
Budget Information can only be entered for Courses with Scheduled Presentations of Modules.
Note that Budget Information is carried per Course and not per Module.
Note
that the system will not use these values in any processing through the
financial system -this is for information purposes only.
The user
can select a GLA to which the course is to be budgeted,
however the cost centre and account needs to be active for
the specified year in which the course is to take place.
These accounts can be
made active on FCSO-6.
The following information may be supplied:
