This program may be used to validate and upload the data in the HR Web Service Staging Area {PWEBM-11} in bulk into the ITS Personnel Appointments System.

Processing
Rules		  
1 The program will upload the records to the ITS Personnel Appointments System according to the same rules applied by the "Verify and Upload"-tab of the HR Web Service Staging Area {PWEBM-11}, but in this case, instead of stopping when the first error is encountered, the program will step through all records and produce a complete error report
