Valid Qualification Group Combination

This option may be used to setup a code structure for qualification groups. Qualification groups are used on {SACADO-13}. This is for the purpose of auto allocation of class groups during registration.

Panel Box 1: Qualification Group Codes

Create Subject Group Codes which are valid for a particular academic year.

Fields in this option:

Field	Type & Length	Description
Year	N4	The Academic Year for which the group will be valid.
Group Code	A6	Enter the qualification group code to be used
Group Code Description	A30	Enter the description for the qualification group code

Link Subject group code to a Qualifications which is valid in a particular academic year.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Academic Year	N4	Enter the academic year for which the group /qualification code combination will be valid.
Group Code	A6	Enter the group code for this academic year.
Qualification	A6	Enter the qualification code that will be valid for this academic year and group.
