This option consists of three Blocks of
information. All data created in this option will be displayed when
clicking on the View Calendar Information button on the Student iEnabler.
If only the Qualification and Mode of Study have been chosen the information on this block will be displayed.
Records in this menu option are created on
- Offering Type Textual Information tab data is from SACADO-2
- Block Code Textual Information tab data is from SACADO-4
- Study Period Textual Information is from SACADO-5

Description |

| Academic Year | YYYY | The academic year in respect of which the remarks are made. |
| Qualification | A6 | The qualification code in respect of which remarks are entered. The <LIST OF VALUES> function will display all valid codes. |
| Offering Type | A2 | The offering type of the qualification. The <LIST OF VALUES> function will display all valid offering types for this qualification. |
| Active | A1 | This indicator ((Y)es / (N)o / (P)reviously Enrolled) will show, if the combination is active on the academic structure. |
| Date Instituted | DD-MON-YYYY | This is the date created on the academic structure. |
| Textual Information | A4000 | The user may enter any information regarding the year, qualification and offering type in this field. We recommend that HTML format be used. |
