This program can be used to identify possible duplicate applicants from
the CAO file. These duplicates will be persons who that already have a
biographical record (and applicant number) in the ITS system. The
institution can then decide whether to continue using the previously allocated
number for the applicants now loaded from the CAO master file.
The program should be run before the CAO master file is loaded (see the section titled 'SEQUENCE OF EVENTS TO LOAD CAO DATA').

If a registration record exists for an applicant number in IADBIO, the latest year of registration, qualification code and study period is printed. Coding has been added to compare O'Neil and O Neil and Mac. and Mc. ID Possible Duplicate Applicants From CAO (Ctd). |
