the validation 'DC' to determine if the program should apply
compensation as set out below.
1.2. If the user has set up Compensation Rules in the general entry requirement rules in {SCAO1-2b1}, the program will apply the compensation rule only if the applicant fails the general entry requirement. 1.3. If the 'Match' value on the compensation rule is equal to:
1.3.1. 'E', the student's result must match that of the compensation rule exactly.

= Y, replace the applicant's score and random number with a zero or
with any default value entered by the user for the event and status combination.
2.3.2. If the validation SC = N, leave the applicant's score and random number as is. 3. Processing rules: Pass Entry Requirements: 3.1. When an applicant
passes all the entry requirements for an application, the program links
the admit status, linked to event A2, to the applicant's application.
It also links the event code to the field IEREVNT.
3.2. On successful completion of this program, the run number record will be updated with the date of processing, the user who ran the program and the number of records processed 4. General 4.1. Users cannot specify multiple CAO Run numbers to include or exclude.
