Maintain Occupation Codes {SCODE-21}

This option is used to record occupation as additional personal detail for a Student {SREGB-1} or Alumni {SALUM-4}.

Occupation Codes can be printed from {SCODER-8} or can be exported to Excel.

Fields in this option:

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A4	A unique, user-defined code to identify different occupations.
Description	A30	e.g. “Teacher”, “Government Employee”, etc.
Industry Category Code	A4	An Occupation can be linked to a Industry Category from {COOPC-2}
Industry type	A30	Display Industry category
