Maintain Examination Months {SCODE2-3}

Link / create Examination Months to an Offering Type and Codes.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	N2	A unique Code to identify the possible examination months, e.g. 31 = January Examinations. This code is the one used in the Examination Timetable.
Description	A30	The Description to be used for a particular examination month.
Month	N2	The actual Month in which this examination will take place, e.g. 11 = November examinations.
Offering Type	A2	The Offering Type for which the exam month in C is applicable. Note that a specific combination of the examination month (in C) and the offering type (in D) must be created for each Code (in A). The <LIST> function will display all valid codes.
