STAR Test Level Evaluation {SCODE4-13}


This screen is used to link different evaluation tests to Test Levels.  The user defines a test level and states a minimum / maximum year level.  By using this the student will filter down to one test level and get all the evaluation tests for the test level.  
Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Test Level

The test level in the first block is defined in {SCODE4-12}.  No updates allowed - only queries.

Level N4 Query an existing Test Level Code.  Description for the Test Level will be displayed.
Minimum Student Year Level N2 Minimum Student Year Level.
Maximum Student Year Level N2 Maximum Student Year Level.
Active (Y)es / (N)o A1 Is the Test Level Active (Y)es / (No).

Code A6 Enter a unique Test Level Evaluation Code.  Valid values to use are:  'PC' = Paragraph Comprehension; 'SC' = Sentence Comprehension; 'V' = Vocabulary; 'WR' = Word Recognition; 'T' = Total; 'SD' = Scaled Score and 'SS' = Stanine Score
Description A80 Enter a valid Description for the Test Level Evaluation, as displayed above.
Sequence N2 Enter the Sequence in which the Test Level Evaluation must be displayed.
Out of Mark N4 Enter the Out of Mark for this Evaluation.
Active (Y)es / (N)o A1 Is this Evaluation Active (Y)es / (N)o.
Out of Mark Applicable (Y)es / (N)o A1 Out of Mark Applicable?  (Y)es / (N)o.
