Enquiry Certificates / Indicators {SENQUR-2}


The user can add applicable 'Certificate Codes' to the enquirer.  


(This was previously block 3 of {SENQUR-1}).

Length		 Description
Enquiry Number N7 Enter a valid 'Enquiry Number' as created on {SENQUR-1}.
Certificate  A2 The Certificate / Indicator Code as defined at {SCODE-22}.  A LOV's will display all valid codes.
Seen:  (Y / N) A1 Indicates whether the certificate has been seen by the institution, or whether the indicator is applicable to the enquirer.
Remarks A60 Any remarks can be entered here for this certificate / indicator.
Date Created DD-MON-YYYY This field cannot be updated;  the date that the record(s) were created will be displayed here.
Date Changed DD-MON-YYYY This field cannot be updated;  the date that the record(s) were changed will be displayed here.
