This option can be used to define the different
Types of Invigilators used during an examination session. You
cannot delete an invigilator type if the invigilator is linked to an
examination schedule.

Description |

| Type | A2 | A unique code to identify the invigilators. |
| Description | A30 | The Description of the type of invigilator |
| Main | Yes / No | Must be entered here to indicate whether this invigilator type is regarded as the main invigilator. The main type of invigilator may only be scheduled once per session. |
| Scheduled Once/Session | Yes / No | Must be entered here to indicate whether this invigilator type may be scheduled more than once in a session. This would apply where a “control” invigilator is responsible for more than one venue and must roam between these venues to sort out problems. |
| Sort Order | N3 | This Sort Order indicates the sequence in which the different types of invigilators must be reported in standard reports. |
