This option is used to identify possible days and sessions in which a paper can be written without creating timetable clashes.
This is the control block. Select the correct cycle for which alternative dates are required.

In this block, the subject code and paper number is entered. The exam year, exam code and exam month is displayed.
* When <NEXT BLOCK> is selected, the
system will display the days and sessions on which this paper can be
scheduled without any clashes.

Subject Code | A7 | Subject Code to be queried. The <LOV> will display all subjects. |
Paper Number | N2 | Paper Number to be queried. The <LOV> will display all papers valid for the subject as defined on {SSTUD3-2}. If this combination already exists, a warning message will be displayed. |

The days displayed will be those linked
to the year / exam code and month as displayed in the above example. If
the user selects one of these days
and sessions with a (Y)es and <COMMIT>s, the system will schedule
the subject and paper for this time. If another scheduling record
{SEXAMT-1b2} or venue record under {SEXAMT-1b3} exists for this subject and paper, it will be deleted in the process.
Note that this option will not validate whether there is sufficient space
available in the examination venues for this subject and paper.
