Copy Student Information {SMNT4-1}

This option will copy a subset of information for all students who have not been registered since a given year, to an archive table. The information is copied in the preferred language of the student.

The user supplies the year. If for instance, 1986 is entered, all students who have not registered since 1986 will be archived. The system will then delete the records of those students from all other tables in the system.

Only students with no financial transactions on the student or card account will be copied. The system will automatically provide a list with the student numbers and balances of students who were not copied. The printout will also list all the information of the students who were indeed copied.
