Query WRS Cut-off Points Criteria {SNAPPAC-4}


This screen enables a user to query the different criteria code for cut-off points that exists at the institution.


These records are maintained by ITS and users cannot enter new records here. The reason for this is that the program that does the eligibility needs to incorporate the logic of any new criteria added to this table.


The screen provides the user with information regarding the type of data that is used and which ORACLE data base tables that data is validated against.


This is used in {SNAPPAC-5} in order to define the criteria per Qualification.

Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Cut-off Point Criteria

Length		 Description
Criteria Code A7 Query the pre-defined criteria code.
Description A256 The description of the criteria code.
Data Type A1 The type of data that this criteria code represents. The following values are used:
  • C - Character data.
  • D - The data must be a date.
  • N - Numeric data.
Length N999 The length of the data value.
Table A15 The ORACLE data base table where this data is stored and against which the data validation will be done.
Column A20 The ORACLE data base column in the table where this data is stored and against which the data validation will be done.
Column Description A30 The ORACLE data base column in the table where the description for the data code is carried. This can be empty, as in the case of Gender (criteria code ITSGNDR).
