Copy Time Allocation Data To New Year {SPCOPY-1}

This option allows the user to copy the Department, Program- and PCS1.1 allocations in the Space Inventory {SPOPS-1} from a previous STATS year (if available) to the current STATS year.

Note the following

This copy process will overwrite any allocations that may already have been done for the year to copy to.
The year for which data is available in the Space Inventory {SPOPS-1} is controlled by the Calendar Year for STATS Reporting in the STATS Control File {STMNT-1} for table sequence 6.

Processing Rules
1	All the information in the Department, Program and PCS1.1 Allocation tabs of the Space Inventory {SPOPS-1} will be copied to the new year.
