  • For the picked up Building, Floor and Room combination, it selects the Subjects to Department records for the input year for the Department Allocation in the Space Inventory - block 3.
  • For the picked up Building, Floor and Room combination, it selects the Timetable records for the input year, where subjects are found, for the PCS 1.1 Allocation in the Space Inventory - block 5.

Processing
Rules

  • The program only deletes Department, Program and PCS 1.1 Allocation for the entry to be copied, and not all Space entries up front for the input year.
  • Thereafter new records are created for the input year.
  • Errors related to the Building, are only displayed one time per Building.
  • Based on the System Operational Definition for "Ignore Building to Asset Link for Hemis", the Building validates vs a defined Asset.
  • Effective Building Year is not required for Hemis reporting anymore. The Condition code on a Building linked to an Asset is now used.
  • For the relevant Building, Floor and Room combination, an entry is created with the Program as 110 (Formal Instruction) and the Percentage as 100 for the input year for the Program Allocation in the Space Inventory - block 4.
  • The percentage allocated to each subject is calculated by adding the amount of time used by that subject, divided by the total time spent by all subjects in that Space.
  • The offering type and class group of a given subject are not taken into consideration.
  •  The report output only displays the exceptions if any, and all the totals at the bottom.
