This report displays active OFFICE Space in the Space Inventory without any In-service Personnel from PBOP-2 (Personnel Service Records) linked to it for the Reporting Year.

System Select  
   The system selects all active Space entries for the Reporting Year with "Space-Use Category" as 1310 (Office) where no in-service personnel are linked to that Space.
That means that it is OPEN offices.
