Rules		  
1 The Department-, Program- and PCS1.1 Allocations of each related space, for the year as in the user selection, will be replaced by the average allocations of the parent spaces.
Related Space as well as the Department, Program and PCS1.1 Allocations of space may be maintained in {SPOPS-1}
2 The following errors are reported by the program
  • Parent Space not defined (or inactive) on SPOPS-1b1
  • Building is not linked to an Asset
  • Building is linked to multiple Assets
