This program is used to capture decisions made on merging
of student numbers.
The program displays duplicate
student numbers per Faculty and the user can change the Status of the
record. This status is applicable to the “Old” student
number.

Add comments related to the students. A new page will open to add the comments when the user click on the 'comments' field. Click on the 'OK' button will save and close the comments page and returned to the 'Possible Duplicate Students' tab.

Tab 2: Change Student Faculty
No queries
allowed. Insert the new merged student number and press 'Tab',
the Faculty linked to the students primary qualification will be
populated. If there was a change in the 'Faculty' /
'Qualification in between the old / new students
registration, the user can update the faculty.
