Subject / Department % Usage {SREGH-2}

Different Percentage usage can be linked to Departments for a Subject or 100% usage for one Department.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Subject or Qualification Departmental Split

Field	Type & Length	Description
Academic Year	YYYY	The applicable academic year.
Department Code	N4	The <LIST> function will display the valid codes.
Subject/Qualification Indicator	A1	Indicator to select either subject or qualification.
Subject/Qualification Code and Description	A7/A6	The <LIST> function will display subject(s) / qualification(s) linked to the Department but any subject / qualification can be entered.
Percentage	N3.3	The percentage training that the Department has with this subject. Say that two departments have equal part in the training of a subject / qualification, then both departments will have 50% for the same subject / qualification.
