Reading Age Evaluation Score - Probe Record {SREGMS-8}

This option can be used to setup and link a student's Reading Age Evaluation Score - Probe Record.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Probe Result

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student	N9	Type in the student number. Validation will be done to {SREGB-1} Student Biographical Information and the surname and initials will be displayed.
Test	A2	Select a Test from the available LOV. List of Values from {SCODE4-4} where the 'Reading age test Type = 'P' (Probe). When a student record is saved, all the evaluations that are linked to the selected test will be inserted for this student to be recorded. These are dfined in {SCODE4-15}. The exact values of the evaluations for the selected test will be copied. When the Evaluation title is created the user can link a reading age (free text field) to the Evaluation Test Title. When the Evaluation title is chosen the reading age linked to the test title will be inserted into the reading age and cannot be changed.
Date	DD-MON-YYYY	Select date from the calendar. There are no validations on the date. When the date is entered and if a 'Student's Birth Date' exists in {SREGB-1}, the student's age will be calculated. If no birth date exists a warning will be displayed.
Student Age at Time of Test Year: Month:	N2 N2	Calculated age of the student. Calculated months of the student.
Test Option	A2	Select the Test Option. A LOV is available. Data displayed from {SCODE4-3}.
Reading Age Rate	A2	Select the Reading Age Rate. A LOV is available. Data displaed from {SCODE4-2}.
Analysis of Errors		Free text field to write notes etc. regarding the student and test.

Block 2: Evaluations

On commit of the data in block 1 the fields in the 2nd block will be populated.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Evaluation	A6	Evaluation code will be populated from {SCODE4-15}.
Score	N4	Score will be populated. This is the actual score that the student has achieved. When grayed out, the user is not allowed to update the score. If the 'Allowed' field is 'Y', then: the user can click the 'Override' checkbox and override the student's score that was grayed out. the actual out of values cannot be changed. the score entered cannot exceed the actual out of mark. NOTE: On commit of the 2nd block's data the system does all the calculations for the user, according to preset rules and logic. If the need exists to add new evaluations, ITS must add the evaluation and add logic to programs).
Out Of	N4	Value will be populated from {SCODE4-15}
Override	N1	If the 'Allowed' field is 'Y', then: the user can click the 'Override' checkbox and override the student's score that was grayed out.
Allowed	N1	Populate from {SCODE4-15} and cannot be updated.
Scoring Decision		The scoring decision is calculated using the scoring decision that are maintained using {SCODE4-16}, under the 'Probe Record' selection. (Calculation is done by checking if the DA - Decoding accuracy percentage is between certain values, and if the Comprehension Score Percentage is between certain values). An user is not allowed to update the scoring decision. It will be recalculated each time that the form is saved.
