Sort Order	Per	Comments
	For Faculty, Department and Qualifications - Alphabetical (Surname, Initials, Student Number) or Numerical (Student Number) as per User Selection.

System Select
	Select all students for the input criteria where the student’s total Credit for this qualification is greater than or equal to the new table’s credit and the exit qualification has not yet been awarded to the student for any year. For Stats Credit use the Stats Credit on Curriculum. For National Credit use the National Credit on Subject Information. For Internal Credit use the Internal Credit on Subject Information. For Overall Mark use the overall mark on Student’s Qualification Record.

System Select

Select all students for the input criteria where the student’s total Credit for this qualification is greater than or equal to the new table’s credit and the exit qualification has not yet been awarded to the student for any year.
