Comments for Exam Schedule {SSTUDC-2}


When the examination schedule {SSTURN-5} is printed it is possible to print specific comments for specific students on the schedule, e.g. the date when the additional examination will commence, etc.

Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Comment Codes

The different types of comments can be created here as follows:


Field Type

Length		 Description
Code A4  An unique code to identify a comment.
Line Number N3 A number that indicates on which line the code /comment must be printed.
Comment A100 A comment, that is addressed to a student, e.g. “supplementary examinations will commence on 17 January”.
