Maintain Default Path and File Names {SSTUDTM-4}


In this option the user can enter the path and file names for "STS" for uploading and downloading purposes.



The only available functions are:

STSQA.csv for Qualification Risk Analysis

STSSA.csv for Subject Risk Analysis

STSAA.csv for Assessment Risk Analysis

STSFA.csv for Financial Risk Analysis

STSFAA csv for Financial Risk Analysis - Assessment Level
STSAS csv for Application Statistics
STSGS csv for Graduation Statistics
STSQR csv for Qualification Registration Statistics
STSSR csv for Subject Registration Statistics
STSSD csv for Student At Risk - Detail
STSSS csv for Student At Rick - Summary

In USERS-1b3 the "parameter 1 = STS"  will be used to determine which one of the above will be displayed.


Fields in this option:

Block 1:  Maintain Default Path and File Name

This option will only display the functions for STS.

System A5  The system in which the funtion is valid. This is predefined by ADAPTIT and the user cannot create a new system or delete an existing system.
Function A6 A pre-defined code that indicates which file code is referred to. The following functions are defined.

Directory A80 The directory where the specified .csv will be saved, needs to be supplied.
File A80 The default file name to be defined.
