Possible Qualifications to Award {SSTURC-2}

This option is used to identify the students who may possibly obtain their qualifications.

A subject, for whom the student is currently registered, is treated as a subject who has been passed.

Students registered for master or doctoral degrees will automatically be selected.

Any discrepancies, e.g. outstanding compulsory subjects, or not the required subjects per study period, are flagged.

The word 'Exempted' will print in the result code column if a subject is exempted and no result codes was captured.

The report may be used to correct any problems with students' academic records and to update the final year indicator on their enrollment records.

This report can be executed quite soon after registration.
Once examinations have been finalised, the option "Students who Failed Subjects" {SSTURC-4} can be run to list the students who have failed and their final year indicator updated again.
This program also transfers Student to the New Graduation System.

The program will not check for qualification pre-requisites validation.
