Infoslips - Delete Logfile Entries {SSTURIN-6}

This program is used to delete all entries as per Range and Run Code from the logfile. This is used when various reports and combinations of criteria have been used for a specific Run, and some data needs to be removed from the Logfile.

If all the Run Elements have been deleted from the Logfile, the BIO element entries will also be deleted to prevent a student from receiving an empty infoslip, (i.e. the infoslip will contain a biographical page and letters containing no information).

Enter the Run Code	A10	Enter the Run Code.
Enter Start Range Code or ALL	A1	Enter a Start Range Code or ALL if all the Ranges in the Run Code have to be deleted.
Enter End Range Code	A1	Enter End Range Code if All was not selected.
Enter the Individual Run Element you want to Delete or ALL	A8	Enter the individual Run Element in the Range you want to Delete or ALL. If an element such as ACADREC has to be deleted, the corresponding BIO element will also be deleted for the same student. The Request Number for the BIO element will differ from the ACADREC Request Number. See example below.
Run in Trail or Update Mode	A1	Select [T]rail Mode to make sure what will be deleted before it's done in (U)pdate mode.
