This option will allow the user to print the highest average for a qualification awarded.

Sort Order	Per	Comments
	Per Subject and Average in descending order.

System Select
	All students with Final Mark not zero. Exclude: Exemptions and cancellations and exam only blocks for qualifications awarded. Note: A double asterisk (**) in the last column indicates that the student was enrolled for the same subject on a previous occasion.
