Maintain Functionaries {STGRDC-5}


This option is used to maintain functionaries for the graduation function and each functionary is to be linked to the colour as defined on option {STGRDC-4} Maintain Colour Codes.

Code A5 Enter the functionary code.
Description A80 Enter the description for the functionary code.
Colour Code A5 A <List of Values> may be used to display colour codes which are defined on {STGRDC-4} Maintain Colour Codes. Users cannot create new colour codes here.
Active A1 Indicate if the functionary is active or not (Y/N).
