Print Audit Trail for Table 2.9, 2.19 or 2.18   {STP2A-4}

This report is used to print an explanation of how Table 2.9 and 2.11, or Table 2.19 and 2.21, or Table 2.18 was derived.  It provides a list of the students that were selected by the system for inclusion in a certain cell of any of these tables, plus the relevant information about those students.  This report is especially useful for the external audit of the so-called "subsidy student tables", i.e. Tables 2.9, 2.11, 2.19, 2.21 and 2.18.

The user (or auditor) can make a random selection of cells from any of these tables and then print the audit trail for these selected cells (each cell is printed separately).  Note that the report will not display any information if the user gave the references of an "empty" cell (a cell that does not contain any values at all).  Also note that: if Table 2.9 is requested, then information for the same cell on both Table 2.9 and Table 2.11 will be given: and if Table 2.19 is requested, then information for the same cell on both Table 2.19 and Table 2.21 will be provided.
