Student Assessment Extension Dates {TASKS1-28}

This option is used to indicate Extensions Dates on assessments given to students. The default on extension dates is set on {TASKS1-12}. If this has a value > than specified on {TASKS1-12}, it will override the value on the default option.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Assessment Extension Dates

Field	Type & Length	Description
Student Number	N9	Enter the Student Number for which the extension must be given.
Year	YYYY	Enter the Academic Year for which the extension will be given.
Subject Code	A7	Enter the Subject Code for which the extension will be given.
Block	A2	Enter the Block for the subjects’ extension.
Group Type	A1	Enter the Group Type for which the extension will be given. Valid codes are (C)lass, (P)ractical or (T)utorial.
Mark Type	A2	Enter the Mark Type linked to the Group Type valid for the student. The Mark Types and descriptions linked to the Group Type valid for the year, student and subject combination will be displayed on the LOV.
Assessment Number	N2	Enter the Assessment Number for which the extension will be given. On right click only assessment numbers linked to the student for the year, subject, group type and mark type combination will be displayed.
Extension Date	DD-MON-YYYY	Enter the date Extention Date on which the assessment must be submitted.
