Maintain Returned Assignments {TASKS1-4}

When a student has submitted his / her Assignment after the closing date, it can be an institution’s decision not to mark these Assignments and return them to the student.  This option is used to record these cases with the view to answer queries.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Enter Assignment / Exam Papers returned

Length		 Description
Academic Year YYYY  The Year of registration for this subject.
Student N9 When the Student Number is entered, the primary qualification of the student for the year is displayed.
Subject A7 The Subject for which the late assignment was received.
Assignment  /  Exam Indicator A1 Is this record for a (T)ask or (E)xam paper?
Bundle N5 If the Assignment was assigned to a Bundle and marked the Bundle number can be entered.
Block Code / Exam Month A2 / N2 The block code (for 'T' records) or examination month (for 'E' records) of the subject registration.
Group Type A1 Values default from the bundle definition and cannot be updated by the user.
Mark Type A2 Values default from the bundle definition and cannot be updated by the user.
Assignment / Paper Number N2 Values default from the bundle definition and cannot be updated by the user.
Qualification Code A6 The primary Qualification Code of the student is displayed when the year and student number are entered.
Offering Type A2 The Offering Type for which the bundle was created, if applicable. The value defaults from the bundle definition.
Post stamp Date DD-MON-YYYY The date on which the assignment was stamped by the post office, when the student initially posted it to the institution.
Return Date DD-MON-YYYY The date on which the assignment is returned to the student.
