Personnel Revoke Access: Service Record End Date Check {USERS-45}
This menu option forms part of the personnel
automated revoking of system access process and is used to validate the
Service Record End Date {PBOP-2} to sysdate, to generate automated
email notifications, notifying seniors that access to the functions
linked to the employee will/has been revoked.
The report details
include the previous and current post for the Personnel Member as well
as the functions linked to the Personnel Member for the specific Post
Service Record that is being revoked
It is recommended that this functionality is setup to run as a "Scheduled Job {BATCH-8}".
