Faculty	The user can select a FACULTY from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Permanent or Temporary Staff	The user can select a PERMANENT or TEMPORARY from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Ethnic Group	The user can select a ETHNIC GROUP from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Gender	The user can select a GENDER from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Appointment	The user can select a APPOINTMENT from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.

The Summary List	The summary list is a list that is updated each time the user alters or selects a different entity on the Dashboard.
Personnel by Gender	The Totals of all Personnel by Gender.
Grant Total	Grand Total of Totals of Genders.

Also NOTE that the user can MOVE the Filters around on the Spreadsheet to suit there needs. By clicking on the filter next to the NAME of the filter, when the mouse poointer changes to moving the mouse

the user can move the filter around.

Please Note that if the user decides to Click "OPEN" directly, then the document in question is labled as "doexcel" this document SHOULD_NOT be saved, it can be worked on.
The User will have to click on SAVE and then open the document for actual e.g mis21dis....!
