Academic Year	The user can select any YEAR from the Dashboard under this feature, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Faculty	The user can select a FACULTY from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Post / Under Graduate	The user can select a GRADUATE TYPE from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Gender	The user can select a GENDER from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.

The Summary List	The summary list is a list that is updated each time the user alters or selects a different entity on the Dashboard.
Student Graduation per Faculty	The list updates each time a user changes the filter on the dashboad, this column displays all the Students per Gender per Faculties.
Gender	This column populates if the user selects from the filter "GENDER". If no filter is selected then both Genders print.
Grant Total	Total Head Counts of Students by Facultys.

Also NOTE that the user can MOVE the Filters around on the Spreadsheet to suit there needs. By clicking on the filter next to the NAME of the filter, when the mouse poointer changes to moving the mouse

the user can move the filter around.

Please Note that if the user decides to Click "OPEN" directly, then the document in question is labled as "doexcel" this document CANNOT be saved, it can be worked on.
The User will have to click on SAVE and then open the document for actual e.g mis21dis....!
