First Enrollment Year	The user can select any YEAR from the Dashboard under this feature, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.
Faculty	The user can select a FACULTY from the Dashboard, and it will populate only on the GRAPH the desired measurment. IT WILL NOT update SHEET 1.

The Summary List	The summary list is a list that is updated each time the user alters or selects a different entity on the Dashboard.
Minimum Time	The list updates each time a user changes the filter on the dashboad, this column displays all the Rates per Faculty
Minimum Time + 1 Year	The list updates each time a user changes the filter of Gender on the dashboad, this column displays all the Rates per Faculty for 1 year.
Minimum Time + 2 Years	The list updates each time a user changes the filter of Gender on the dashboad, this column displays all the Rates per Faculty for 2 years.
More Than Minimum Time + 2 Years	The list updates each time a user changes the filter of Gender on the dashboad, this column displays all the Rates per Faculty for more than 2 years.
Grant Total	Total Graduation Rates

Also NOTE that the user can MOVE the Filters around on the Spreadsheet to suit there needs. By clicking on the filter next to the NAME of the filter, when the mouse poointer changes to moving the mouse

the user can move the filter around.

Please Note that if the user decides to Click "OPEN" directly, then the document in question is labled as "doexcel" this document SHOULD_NOT be saved, it can be worked on.
