User Fee Detail {BMNT-3}


Fee weights per user type/person type. Refer to all the tariff calculations in option {BOPS-1} for details of how this weight is used in the calculation process.

Length		 Description
User Type A2  A valid user type, e.g. (P)ersonnel, (S)tudent, etc., must be entered.  “CC” can be entered if billings are to be charged to a cost centre, can also be called internal booking.   
User Fee Weight N3.2 The weight to be used for the specific user type and capacity in determining the billing costs.  
Capacity A1 Is the booking for (P)rivate or (O)fficial purposes?
