Maintain Other Users {CACM-1}

Student users are defined in the Student System and personnel users are defined in the Personnel System. Other users are defined in the General System, as well as here. A user must be created before a card can be linked to him/her.

For System Code - ACCESS - Access Control (The user can also see the users of other systems’ here, like for instance the Library System).
