Card Number per User {CIDO-1}
This option is used to link a card number to a specific user.
A record must be created in this table before a card can be
used in the system. A lost card can be blocked from being used by
someone else by deleting that card record using this option. A
second block is available to query student detail. No information
can be updated here.
When access data is sent to the control unit, the card number of
the user is taken from this option. When data is sent to the
control unit, records must exist for the user, both in this option and
in {CACO-1}.
NB! If a user's card number needs to be changed, eg a lost card, it must not be done using this option. Change the card number in {CIDO-2} where the "old barcode number" will be stored in a separate field for reference purposes.
