Manual Meal Account Transaction {CMEO-7}

This option will be used whenever the user requires the use of other transactions to raise additional debits, post credits or make adjustments to a student’s account.

Field	Type & Length	Description
User Type	A4	The user type - (P)ersonnel, (S)tudent or (O)ther.
User Number	N9	The appropriate user number, e.g. student number. The initials and surname will be displayed.
Transaction Type	A10	When the transaction code is entered, the description will be displayed as created on {FCSO-7}. The debit and credit GLA’s will be completed as they are defined on the transaction type definition. The system will control that the given transaction type is defined for the ‘CM’ subsystem.
Debit/Credit	A1	This field will be displayed upon entering the transaction type and cannot be updated. The debit/credit indicator was completed on the transaction type definition on {FCSO-7}.
Debit GLA	A4 + A8	The cost centre and account will default from the transaction type. The user cannot update the cost centre and/or account. The GLA’s must be defined on {FCSO-7}.
Credit GLA	A4 + A8	The cost centre and account will default from the transaction type. The user cannot update the cost centre and/or account. The GLA’s must be defined on {FCSO-7}.
Account Type	A4	The account type will default from the transaction type definition, if it was defined on {FCSO-7}. The user can only update the field if allowed on the transaction type definition.
Reference Number	A10	Supply the number of the document that initiated the transaction.
Transaction Date	DD-MON-YYYY	The system date is defaulted here as the transaction date.
Sponsor’s Money	Y/N	The user must indicate whether the money is received from a sponsor or not.
Supplier	N9	The supplier code if applicable
Serving Point	A4	The code of the serving point if applicable
Amount	N17,2	The amount of the transaction
