This option provides the facility to define various control accounts, which will be used by menu option {MEBO-6} - Copy approved budget to GL.
Control accounts defined here will override
the default budget control account linked to the Transaction Type for
event FJ defined on menu option {FCSO-7}. A Fund Group and / or Category combination must be defined before a GLA is entered.
