This option will select records from the payments file {FCTO-12} and generate payment letters for supervisors.

  • The Payment Source is equal to Supervisor Payment
  • The payment was generated and the Status Code equal to one of:
    • 'F' Bank File Generated
    • 'Q' Cheque Printed
    • 'L' Manual Cheque Issued
    • 'B' Payment Processed on Bank Satement
  • The letter not yet printed or indicated to reprint and the Letter Printed field eqaul to either:
    • N - Not Printed
    • R - Reprint
