Medical Aid Lookup Table {FPRG-28}

This option is only applicable in the event that calculation method "U - Medical Aid Local Software" is to be used to determine contributions.

With this option, contributions of member, adult and child dependants, as well as MSA levels may be defined for each medical aid table.

The option is similar to the Lookup Table Detail {FPRG-5}. The differences are that in the Lookup Table Detail {FPRG-5} the table displays a “Range amount” and “Range %” to be entered; and in this option the “Range amount” and “Range %” is replaced by “Primary Member”, “Adult dependant”, “Child dependant” and MSA level fields.

These fields are only applicable to calculation method U - Medical Aid Local Software. The Primary member, Adult dependant and Child dependant fields are monetary fields, which indicate indicating the amount that should be contributed per person type.

The Medical Aid Include file, which is a mechanism to allow clients to develop a Customised Local Software calculation for Medical Aid Deductions, may use the data entered in the screen.

Cycle Year	YYYY	The cycle year from when the lookup table values are valid.
Month	MM	The cycle month from when the lookup table values are valid.
Low Amount	N17.2	Specify the low amount of a range.
High Amount	N17.2	Specify the high amount of a range.
Primary Member	N17.2	The primary member's contribution.
Adult Dependant	N17.2	The adult dependant's contribution.
Child Dependant	N17.2	The child dependant's contribution.
MSA Level	N4.2	The MSA level.
