Maintain Future Events {FPRI-6}

This facility allows the Payroll Controller to ensure that events for the future are indeed actioned. This can, for example, be an advice from an employee that her / his annuity will increase from a certain date, a reminder to change the person’s calculation number in the future, etc.

The future actions to be taken are maintained in option {FPRI-6}.
The Future Events Report {FPRIR1-27} shows all those future events where action has not yet been taken.
Delete Future Events {FPRI-26} will delete all records from this table, where the action has already been taken.

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Future Events.

Records may be freely created and deleted using in this option.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Personnel Number	N9	A valid personnel number must be entered; the employee's title, initials, surname and calculation number are displayed.
Action Cycle	YYYYMM	The pay cycle for which the action is required.
Calc Number	N1	The calculation number to which the person is currently linked is displayed here, but may be changed. Please note that a change in calculation number here does not update the person's calculation number in the Fixed Salary Detail {FPRI-1}.
User	A8	The user name of the person who is entering the information defaults to this field when a record is saved; it cannot be changed by the user.
Action Taken	A1	This field indicates whether the action has been taken or not.
Remarks	A60	The action that must be taken is entered in this mandatory field.
